I've been thinking this blog needs some static update categories.... for example While We Wait will be a fortnightly section that will offer cool remixes of a particular artist's previous work in the months to weeks immediately preceding their new LP or EP drop. I've decided to start things off anticipating Vampire Weekend's upcoming sophomore effort, Contra. Enjoy...

redlight, chromeo, and miike snow definitely have the better remixes out of the five. i really was not impressed by hunk the drunk or ruckus roboticus.
