Even though you already know where I'm going with this one I think it deserves a little background. You see... I've got quite a hunger for good remixes and I really couldn't care less if I ever liked the original song in the first place. A lot of people don't really feel this, but of course these are the same people rocking out to Kiss Me through the Phone 5 times a night every weekend. So... fuck em.

This post is all about remixes that essentially blew my mind the first time I heard them. I don't mean just plain, within-genre remixes.... I'm talking completely reconstructed works of art that came literally out of nowhere.... well maybe all of them aren't completely reconstructed.. but you get the idea. The remix DJs/producers listed here took these songs to whole new levels of greatness and deserve some respect for their work. Rant over....Peace........
